How to use the Merge PDF

Merge PDFs privately

Tips for a clean merged PDF
- Rename files with numbers (01, 02…) before adding them to keep the order clear.
- Compress large scans first with Compress PDF to keep the merged file small.
- Remove unwanted pages afterwards with Split PDF.
- Need images in the PDF? Convert them with JPG to PDF, then merge.

Is there a limit on the number of files?
No fixed limit. Very large documents (hundreds of MB) depend on your device's memory.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked first. Open them with the password and save an unprotected copy, then merge.
Will the quality change?
No. Pages are copied exactly as they are, with no re-compression.
